Spooky Space – Talk and Stargazing
From vampires and bats to ghostly galaxies and eerie black holes, explore the spooky side of space with astronomy outreach charity Dartmoor Skies.
Join us, mere mortals…and be afraid! Weather permitting, we’ll head outside for some stargazing with telescopes and other stargazing equipment. Who knows what spooky sights we’ll uncover in the night sky!
Ticket Info
Tickets can be booked online in ahead of the event, or on the door on the night.
Tickets are £7 per person, but there is also a ‘pay what you can’ option.
Useful Info
This event will go ahead, whatever the weather. If the skies are cloudy, there will still be much chat and fun to be had so we hope you’ll join us anyway.
Children are welcome, but an adult should accompany anyone under 16. The content of the talk will be suitable for approximately 8+ years.
Drinks and snacks will be available for a donation.
Please wrap up warm and wear sensible footwear as the stargazing will happen in a field, so things can get a little muddy.
